Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes PRO and MAX subscriptions, as well as any in-app purchases such as customization items, buddy items, or coins. By making any purchase, you agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, you must cancel through the paywall in the app. Navigate to your Settings page, go to Subscription & Billing, and press the Cancel Subscription button. This will cancel your recurring billing immediately.

3. Next Billing Date & Downgrade

Your subscription remains active until your next billing date. The billing date depends on when you originally subscribed. For example, if you bought a paid plan on January 1st, your next billing date will be February 1st. On that date, your account will automatically downgrade to free and you'll lose access to premium features.

Important: Cancelling does not refund any remaining time - you keep access until the next billing date.

4. Changing Your Plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time. If you upgrade to a higher tier, your subscription will be changed immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you have already paid for this month, you'll pay now and your billing date will change to the day you changed packages.

If you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at your next billing date.

5. Data Retention

Even after cancelling or downgrading, your account data including progress, XP, badges, and lesson completion is preserved. However, we reserve the right to manage data retention at our discretion as outlined in our Terms of Service.
